Made in collaboration with Hyphen Cutlery, this paring knife is the smaller sibling of the Damascus gyuto and is considered by many to be the second more important knife in the kitchen after the larger chef’s knife or gyuto. It’s great for tasks where you want a little more dexterity and fine control, such as deveining shrimp or removing the skin or core from small fruits like strawberries.
